Most frequent questions and answers

Adult parties are 2 hours and children parties are 1.5 hours. Please allow us 30 minutes before the start time to set up and 30 minutes after to clear up. 

The minimum numbers for  is 10 for adults and 8 for children. If minimum numbers are not met, we can still have the party although we would still require  payment for minimum numbers. 

Extra spaces can be purchased at £25 per child and £30 per adult. We would need to be informed of this no less than 1 week before event.

We are able to come out to any venue weather private residence or external venue. We are able to recommend venues should you require help with this. It is the hosts responsibility to liaise with venue unless requested otherwise.   

Mileage is charged at £1/ mile for a round trip from our studio 

We will provide all cakes, ingredients, tools, aprons and packaging. 

We do not provide any food and drinks. It is the hosts responsibility to provide food, snacks and drinks. 

We require a 50% deposit to confirm booking. The balance is due a week before the party. No booking is confirmed until deposit is paid. The deposit is non refundable and cannot be transferred therefore make sure you have confirmed your availability on booked dates. 

Cancellations must be made in writing.  Orders cancelled less than  2 weeks of your scheduled date are payable in  full  as certain components may have already been purchased and preparations made.  Please note that all deposits are non-refundable

We can make some special diet cakes. In accordance with EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation 1169/2011, which is effective all allergens present in foods must be listed. This information will be listed with cakes supplied. *All products we make are produced in an environment where nuts may be present therefore cannot guarantee that traces will not be found in our products.
