Layers of vanilla sponge or chocolate cake sandwiched with  silky  buttercream and covered with a thin layer of buttercream.  Decorated with macarons and butercream.  Chocolate and Vanilla are decorated in Madagascar Vanilla buttercream, red velvet is decorated in cream cheese buttercream.
